For recurring workflows we use N8N, a self-hostable open-source platform with over 400 native integrations, branching, loops and built-in error handling. When the logic is more complex or total control is needed, we develop custom web applications. The choice depends on the process: simplicity and speed where possible, dedicated code where necessary. Every solution includes logging, notifications and documentation.

We use chatbots for customer support, AI agents for complex processes.
Do you use N8N or Zapier?
N8N is our main workflow platform: open-source, self-hostable, with complex logic and no execution limits. But it's not the only tool: for more complex processes we develop custom web applications. Stack choice depends on specific project needs.
Does data pass through external servers?
It depends on the automation type. N8N workflows can run entirely on self-hosted infrastructure. When we use AI model APIs like Claude or GPT, some data transits their servers: during assessment we evaluate together which data can be processed externally and which must stay on-premise.
How long does it take to implement an automation?
A basic chatbot is configured in 1-2 weeks. Complex workflows require 2-4 weeks. Multi-step AI agents with custom integrations: 4-8 weeks. Average ROI break-even is 3-6 months.
